Leading DIP is its Founder and President, Ahmer Hilal Shah, a visionary leader with two master’s degrees from ENEB Spain—an MBA and a Master in Business Intelligence. Ahmer’s passion for education, innovation, and global connection drives his work at the Institute. He is also the founder of the Heartt community, a platform  currently developing a new global language aimed at uniting 1 billion people worldwide. His initiatives reflect a deep commitment to empowering individuals and building impactful communities.
